Delivery rules

Rules for delivery of gifts, flowers and cakes in our Gift Shop.

The Giver takes gifts very seriously, so gift delivery is a very important factor in our business. Top quality delivery service is very important to us, it must be fast, efficient and most important of all, the gift must arrive safely and be exactly as shown in the picture. 

That is why we do not entrust the delivery of flowers and cakes to courier services, but we deliver them in our vehicles, while other gifts that can be nicely packed and arrive safely are sent via courier services.

Flower and cake delivery zones:

In order to make sure that the flowers and cakes arrive in the right shape, that is, that there are no accidents during transport, we decided to deliver the flowers and cakes ourselves. This is exactly why we have specific delivery zones, and rules related to the price of the same:

Zone I (1-5km)

It's delivery free for orders above 6,990 RSD. For orders less than 6,990 RSD shipping is charged 750 dinars.

Zone II (5-10km)

It's delivery free for orders above 10,990 RSD. For orders less than 10,990 RSD shipping is charged 1200 dinars.

Zone III (10-15km)

It's delivery free for orders above 5,990 RSD. For orders less than RSD 5,990 shipping is charged 2000 dinars.

Zova IV (15-20km) 

For deliveries OUTSIDE THE ZONE, call us for an agreement.

Gift delivery costs:

Delivery is FREE for all orders above 5990 rsd if made in Belgrade.

Other gifts from our gift shop are sent by courier service or delivered to us personally if the delivery is in Belgrade.  

Postage is charged by the courier service, and for amounts over RSD 5,990, we bear the costs of gift delivery. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
